DOE issued a Final EIS that evaluates the potential environmental impacts of a proposal by Northern Pass Transmission, LLC (Northern Pass) to construct, operate, maintain, and connect a high voltage direct current electric transmission line that would cross the U.S./Canada border in northern New Hampshire.
