Beale-WAPA Interconnection Project; Yuba County, California
Western Area Power Administration (WAPA) and Beale Air Force Base (AFB), as joint lead agencies, issued draft DOE/EA-2152 in January 2020 on the proposed interconnection of Beale AFB to WAPA's existing Cottonwood-Roseville 230-kilovolt (kV) line in Yuba County, California. In response to comments received on their January 2020 Draft EA, the agencies published a Revised Draft EA in August 2020.
