In response to comments received on their January 2020 Draft EA, Western Area Power Administration (WAPA) and Beale Air Force Base (AFB), as joint lead agencies, issued Revised Draft DOE/EA-2152 in August 2020 on the proposed interconnection of Beale AFB to WAPA's existing Cottonwood-Roseville 230-kilovolt (kV) line in Yuba County, California. (A draft Beale AFB FONSI is attached to the beginning of the Revised Draft EA.)
