Western Area Power Administration (WAPA) has issued a Draft Environmental Assessment for the MPP-Q01 Interconnection Project, which assesses the potential environmental impacts of Arizona Public Service's interconnection request with the Mead-Perkins 525-kV transmission line, which is operated and maintained by WAPA near Bagdad, Arizona.
