1) Technical consultant services to develop a strategy and implementation plan; 2) financial incentive program for homeowners to acquisition solar hot water heaters and replace lighting fixtures and inefficient appliances; 3) building retrofits which includes replacing air conditioning systems at the City Hall Building, Finance Department Building, Masso Rivera Municipal Theater, and Public Works Department; and 4) install solar photovoltaic systems (approximately 6.5 kW) at City Hall Building and the Finance Department Building.
