Keystone XL Pipeline
The U.S. Department of State prepared a final supplemental environmental impact statement for the proposed Keystone XL pipeline (DOE/EIS-0433-S3). The SEIS updates the 2014 final SEIS (DOE/EIS-0433-S1), analyzes the impacts related to changes in the Project since 2014, and incorporates updated information and new studies, as applicable. DOE's Western Area Power Administration is participating as a cooperating agency.
