Holcomb-Naselle Transmission Line Rebuild Project; Pacific County, Washington

DOE’s Bonneville Power Administration issued draft DOE/EA-2091, which assesses the potential environmental impacts of a proposal to rebuild the 21-mile-long, 115-kilovolt Holcomb-Naselle transmission line by replacing many of the aged wood H-frame transmission structures, replacing or installing other line components, and improving portions of the access roads used to access transmission line structures.
