CX-020368: Activity-Specific Categorical Exclusion for Decommissioning of Underground Injection Control Wells in the 100B/C, 100D/DR, 100F, 100H, and 100N Areas of the Hanford Site

The Department of Energy, Richland Operations office, Site Stewardship Division proposes to decommission eleven Underground Injection Control wells located in the 100-B/C, 100-D/DR, 100-F, 100-H, and 100-N Area of the Hanford Site.
