Your agency is working hard to meet federal energy goals and mandates, and an energy savings performance contract energy sales agreement (ESPC ESA) can help, even if your agency lacks upfront capital. ESPC ESAs are a great way to develop on-site distributed energy technologies, get operations and maintenance services for the term of the agreement, and take advantage of other energy and cost-savings benefits.
