As a result of past missions, groundwater beneath some areas of the Oak Ridge Reservation requires remediation. The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) has programs in place to address and manage these issues. Join ORSSAB for an update on progress made in groundwater cleanup as well as areas where additional work is planned. Ask your questions directly public comment portion of the meeting.

Dave Adler, DOE, provided an update on current efforts to implement the Groundwater Strategy at the October 9 meeting of the Oak Ridge Site Specific Advisory Board, which will be held at the DOE Information Center, 1 Science.gov Way, Oak Ridge. The presentation will include an overview of groundwater remedy development for East Tennessee Technology Park (ETTP) based on a recent feasibility study.
