Western Area Power Administration (WAPA) and Beale Air Force Base (AFB), as joint lead agencies, issued a final EA for Beale-WAPA Interconnection Project (DOE/EA-2152), which assesses the potential environmental impacts of the proposed interconnection of Beale AFB to WAPA's existing Cottonwood-Roseville 230-kilovolt (kV) line in Yuba County, California.
