Based on Sterling Solar 2 Interconnection Project (DOE/EA-2141), Western Area Power Administration issued a finding of no significant impact for the proposed interconnection and project-related transmission system upgrades for the Sterling Solar 2, a proposed 225-megawatt photovoltaic generation facility on private land.
