National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA) issued draft DOE/EA-2159, which analyzes the potential environmental impacts associated with the proposed relocation of most of the Y-12 Development Organization’s operations to an existing offsite facility located at 103 Palladium Way, Oak Ridge, Tennessee, approximately 9.5 miles west of the Y-12 National Security Complex.
