DOE's Office of Project Management (PM) will hold the 2025 Project Management Workshop on April 22-23, 2025, in Washington, DC, with an optional Project Controls session on April 24, 2025. The event will continue the tradition of providing opportunities to discuss projects and major challenges with senior leadership, review best practices, share lessons learned, and recognize excellence.

| Where: | Hilton Washington DC National Mall The Wharf Attendees staying at the Hilton Washington DC National Mall will be able to book at the group rate HERE until March 22, 2025 while availability lasts There are a limited number of rooms at available at the group rate. |
| When: | Tuesday and Wednesday, April 22 – 23, 2025. Optional: A project controls session will be conducted on Thursday morning, April 24, 2025. |

Please note that due to space limitations, all registration requests are subject to review and cancellation. The primary audience is DOE/NNSA personnel and contractors directly involved in leading, supporting or overseeing a current or pending DOE Order 413.3 projects. This includes Federal Project Directors (FPD), Deputy Federal Project Directors, personnel assigned to Project Management Support Offices (PMSOs), and contractors supporting a current or pending DOE Order 413.3 project, to include project review teams. All others may attend on space available basis. |
