Bonneville Power Administration is proposing to allow Portland General Electric to install a new 115-kilovolt overhead conductor on its Keeler-Allston Number 1 fee-owned right-of-way in Washington County, Oregon. The conductor would span the width of the right-of-way and would entail one new wood pole installation. No additional ground disturbance is proposed.
