CX-018536: Elochoman 3 Property Acquisition and Stewardship Funding

Bonneville Power Administration is proposing to fund The Columbia Land Trust to purchase three properties that total 123.48-acres located approximately 1 mile north of Cathlamet, Washington in Wahkiakum County. Bonneville Power Administration would hold a conservation easement to prevent the conversion of fish and wildlife habitat on the property to other land uses. Bonneville Power Administration would also provide stewardship funds toward maintenance of the property to the landowner, The Columbia Land Trust.
