Implement a municipal buildings retrofit program for the Municipal Education Building, City Hall, Municipal Service Center Building (Barrazas Ward), and Municipal Service Center Building (Isla Verde), 2) implement an energy efficiency and conservation community outreach program, 3) implement a program for installation of solar water heaters in low-income communities, and 4) acquisition of technical services for development and implementation of an energy efficiency and conservation strategy (EECS) including energy audits of facilities.
