Summary
The proposed action is to ship low-level waste (ZLW) from four Department of Energy Oakland Operations Office DOE/OAK) sites in California which generate LLW, to Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) licensed commercial nuclear waste disposal facilities: Envirocare in Clive, Utah and Chem Nuclear in Barnwell, South Carolina.
