On May 2, 2019, DOE issued Order No. 4372 granting long-term authorization to export liquefied natural gas to non-free trade agreement nations.
DOE issued the record of decision (ROD) under NEPA for the proposed Project as an appendix to the Order. See DOE's ROD beginning on page 76 of the Order pdf file below.
