EPA announces the availability of a Prototype Mobile Microreactor Draft Environmental Impact Statement (DOE/EIS-0546) prepared by the Department of Defense (DoD) (Office of the Secretary of Defense). DOE (Office of Nuclear Energy) is a cooperating agency in preparing DOE/EIS-0546.
