Construction and Demonstration of a Prototype Mobile Nuclear Microreactor; Idaho National Laboratory, Idaho
The Department of Defense (DoD) (Office of the Secretary of Defense) prepared a draft EIS that analyzes the potential environmental impacts of the proposed construction and demonstration of a prototype mobile nuclear microreactor that would be capable of producing 1–5 megawatts of electrical power. DOE (Office of Nuclear Energy), a cooperating agency in preparing DOE/EIS-0546, will provide technical expertise and support to DoD.
