The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) announced DOE's adoption of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission’s Final EIS (DOE/EIS-0533) that analyzes the potential environmental impacts of a proposal to construct and operate the proposed Commonwealth LNG Project. DOE is a cooperating agency in preparing the EIS.
