Boardman-Hemingway Transmission Line, Oregon and Idaho
The Bureau of Land Management issued, with DOE’s Bonneville Power Administration as a cooperating agency, a Draft EIS that evaluates the potential environmental impacts of a proposal to construct about 305 miles of 500-kV transmission line from northeast Oregon to southwest Idaho.
