Big Sandy Energy Project; Mohave County, Arizona
Western Area Power Administration (WAPA) and the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) jointly issued draft DOE/EIS-0315, which analyzed the potential environmental impacts of the Big Sandy Energy Project. The applicant then changed the proposed project; WAPA and BLM prepared this supplement analysis. The EIS was cancelled before issuance of a final EIS.
