DOE/EIS-0247-SA-02: Supplement Analysis

DOE prepared this supplement analysis (SA) to evaluated changes to the Spallation Neutron Source (SNS) Second Target Station (STS) proposed since the completion of DOE/EIS-0247 Final Environmental Impact Statement, Construction and Operation of the Spallation Neutron Source Facility (April 1999). This SA evaluates the construction phase of the proposed STS, which involves clearing and development of an adjacent greenfield area located beyond the bounds of the original project footprint.
