This Supplement Analysis addresses the potential effect that new data and information developed since the preparation of the TWRS EIS may have on the environmental irnpacts presented in the EIS to support a determination of whether these new data warrant further NEPA analysis at this time. The analysis demonstrates that the information developed since the preparation of the EIS has a small effect on the impacts calculated for the EIS, and that the changes in environmental impacts are bounded by the impacts presented in the TWRS EIS.
