DOE’s Strategic Petroleum Reserve (SPR) Project Management Office prepared a supplement analysis and determined that the potential environmental impacts of current configurations and operations of the SPR are not significantly different from those assessed in previous site-specific and programmatic EISs and EAs, and therefore a new or supplemental EIS is not required.
