The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) Loan Programs Office (LPO) has issued an Environmental Assessment (EA) and Finding of No Significant Impact (FONSI) based on the findings in the EA and Draft FONSI to consider the environmental impacts associated with providing potential financial assistance (a federal loan guarantee) to support the construction completion and operation of a new solar panel production facility in Bartow County, Georgia.
