The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) is requesting that the Advisory Council on Historic Preservation (ACHP) review DOE’s finding of “no historic properties
affected” under Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act (NHPA) regarding Project Apex, a battery facility that will be built by Ascend Elements Inc., utilizing partial Federal financial assistance.
