DOE’s National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA) issued a Finding of No Significant Impact (FONSI) based on the final DOE/EA-2144, which evaluated the potential environmental impacts of a proposal to construct and operate the Oak Ridge Enhanced Technology and Training Center (ORETTC).
