Bonneville Power Administration (BPA) is a cooperating agency in this draft environmental assessment (DOE/EA-2132) prepared by the National Marine Fisheries Service. BPA is considering whether to fund portions of certain hatchery programs analyzed in the EA, specifically by providing funding for the Umatilla River Summer Steelhead, Hood River Spring Chinook Salmon, and Hood River Winter Steelhead programs, and the quantity of fish production related to that funding.
