Columbia River Basin Tributary Habitat Restoration Program; Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Montana, and Nevada
Bonneville Power Administration, with the Bureau of Reclamation as a cooperating agency, issued a draft programmatic EA to evaluate the potential impacts of certain categories of habitat restoration actions in the tributaries of the Columbia River in the states of Oregon, Washington, Idaho, western Montana, and northern Nevada. These actions range from those such as monitoring, fencing, and planting, to bridge construction, instream habitat improvement and stream channel reconstruction.
