Western Area Power Administration (WAPA) announced a public scoping period for Bouse Upgrade Project (DOE/EA-2106), which analyzes the potential environmental impacts of WAPA’s proposal to re-build, upgrade, and decommission certain components of the existing Parker-Davis Transmission system to improve overall system reliability, safety, and to better meet future transmission needs.
