Bonneville Power Administration (BPA) issued draft EA for Pacific Lamprey Artificial Propagation and Release Research (DOE/EA-2104), which analyzes the potential environmental impacts of BPA’s proposed funding of ongoing lamprey restoration research by the Confederated Tribes and Bands of the Yakama Nation, the Confederated Tribes of the Umatilla Indian Reservation, and the Columbia River Intertribal Fish Commission.
