Sweetland Wind Farm Project; Hand County, South Dakota
Western Area Power Administration (WAPA), with U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service as a cooperating agency, issued a draft supplemental EA that analyzes potential environmental impacts of changes in the proposed transmission line route that were not analyzed in the 2021 EA.
