Bonneville Power Administration (BPA) issued a Finding of No Significant Impact based on and prepared a Mitigation Action Plan for the EA for Marys Peak Communication Site Project (DOE/EA-2050), which assesses the potential environmental impacts of BPA's proposed maintenance and upgrades of the existing Marys Peak BPA Communications Site, part of the communications network that supports BPA’s power transmission system.
