BPA has prepared this supplemental environmental assessment (SEA) to the 2017 Hills Creek-Lookout Point Transmission Line Rebuild Project Final Environmental Assessment (DOE/EA-1967) (2017 EA) to provide an analysis of potential impacts of project activities that were not included in the original proposed action and environmental assessment.
