Based on DOE/EA-1760, DOE issued a finding of no significant impact of awarding a federal grant to FutureFuel Chemical Company (FutureFuel) to partially fund the design, installation, and operations of a commercial-scale plant in Independence County, Arkansas, to produce intermediate anode material for high-performance lithium-ion batteries.
