Reconstruction of the South Access Road (CR 802) in Support of the Department of Energy, Waste Isolation Pilot Plant (WIPP); Eddy County, New Mexico
DOE adopted final DOE/EA-1755 and, based on it, issued a finding of no significant impact for a proposal to reconstruct the South Access Road (County Road 802) in DOE’s Waste Isolation Pilot Plant Land Withdrawal Area and federal lands under BLM jurisdiction.
