Conveyance and Transfer of Two Land Tracts Pursuant to Public Law 111-11, Section 13005; Bernalillo County, New Mexico

DOE issued final DOE/EA-1726, which analyzed the potential environmental impacts of the administrative conveyance of a 135-acre tract of land, partially administered by the DOI and the USAF, to the Lovelace Respiratory Research Institute (Institute), and the transfer of a 7-acre tract from DOE to the USAF, both of which are located within the boundaries of the Kirkland Air Force Base, Bernalillo County, New Mexico.
