Modernization of Facilities and Infrastructure for the Non-Nuclear Production Activities Conducted at the Kansas City Plant
The General Services Administration (GSA) as lead agency and DOE’s National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA) as cooperating agency jointly issued a finding of no significant impact based on final DOE/EA-1592, which assesses the potential environmental impacts of a proposal to relocate certain non-nuclear component production and procurement activities conducted at NNSA’s Kansas City Plant to a smaller new facility. NNSA adopted the EA as a basis for its decisionmaking.
