Based on DOE/EA-1046, DOE issued a finding of no significant impact for the proposed construction, operation, and closure of a Solid Waste Landfill at the Paducah Gaseous Diffusion Plant that would meet new Commonwealth of Kentucky landfill regulations (401 Kentucky Administrative Regulations Chapters 47 and 48 and Kentucky Revised Statutes 224.855).
