Pieridae US proposes to export the LNG from the proposed Goldboro LNG Project (Project) located in Nova Scotia, Canada. The Application requests authority to export the LNG from the Project to any country (i) with which the United States does not have a free trade agreement (FTA) requiring national treatment for trade in natural gas (non-FTA countries), and (ii) with which trade is not prohibited by U.S. law or policy.
