(Verdant) to conduct an integrated design process to develop, build, deploy and operate a TriFrame mounting structure with three Verdant Power Gen5 KHPS tidal water turbines at the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) licensed Roosevelt Island Tidal Energy (RITE) Project in the East River of New York City, NY.
