The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) is proposing to provide funding to the Native Village of Tyonek (NVT) to install energy efficiency measures (EEMs) in two tribal buildings, the Tyonek Native Corporation Satellite Office and the Tribal Center, in Tyonek, Alaska. NVT would work with the Tyonek Tribal Conservation District (TTCD), the Cold Climate Housing Research Center (CCHRC), and Energy Audits of Alaska for project management, coordination, preparation of outreach materials, and development of a detailed pre-construction scope of work.
