The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) is proposing to provide funding to the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) to perform an energy efficiency audit and complete planning for the installation of a 900 kilowatt (kW) solar photovoltaic (PV) array on the rooftop of the DEA’s Aviation Operations Center (AOC) at the Alliance Airport in Fort Worth, Texas. The project would be structured utilizing an Energy Savings Performance Contract (ESPC), in conjunction with an Energy Sales Agreement (ESA).
