The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) is proposing to provide funding to Georgia Tech Applied Research
Corporation for the research and development of a hybrid fuel cell/ gas turbine system. This system would be tested in a cyberphysical demonstration of a combined heat and hybrid power system for increased electrical efficiency across variable heat and power loads. Project activities would be completed over two Budget Periods (BPs). This NEPA Determination is applicable to all work activities in both BPs.
