The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) is proposing to provide federal funding to the Arizona Board of Regents on behalf of Arizona State University for the development of a new ultrasonic method to characterize the cross-linking and adhesion of a solar module’s encapsulant after the lamination process and in the field. All project work would occur within research laboratories at Arizona State University in Tempe, AZ.
