The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) is proposing to provide federal funding to Clemson University to design, develop, and pre-commercialize novel, self-healable commodity copolymer fiber-reinforced composites to extend the hydrogen dispensing hose service life beyond the current target of 1000 fills. Technology-to-market and commercialization plans would also be developed during the project.
