The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) is proposing to provide funding to the University of Toledo (UT) to develop a perovskite/perovskite tandem photoelectrode with a water impermeable coating. The project would seek to improve device performance and solar-to-hydrogen conversion efficiency, as compared to current technology. Project activities would include the fabrication and characterization of all-perovskite tandem solar cells and photoelectrodes.
